  • We understand that customers may test their fragrance before deciding to return it. You are welcome to spray the product once or twice; however, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or are outside our 30-day return window. Any such items will be returned to you.
  • If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you prefer to return only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
  • For Home Reed Diffusers and Car Diffusers, please ensure you retain the closure cap, as we cannot process returns without it.

Concentration. Our standard range is an Eau de Parfum - a high-quality formulation that lasts 8-12 hours for most people. The Intense Collection uses a higher fragrance oil concentration, which gives stronger projection from the first spray and tends to last longer on skin.

The difference in price is small, so if longevity matters to you, it's usually worth it.

Intense versions are available for most of our popular scents - look for the black Intense label on the product page.

For most people, yes. The higher oil concentration does cost more to produce, but it also means you need significantly fewer sprays for the same effect. One or two sprays is usually enough for all-day wear - so despite costing a little more per bottle, it tends to last longer in practice.

It's the same fragrance profile as the standard EDP, just with more of what makes it work.

On skin, most people get 12–18 hours from the Intense range - longer than the standard EDP, and enough to carry through a full day and evening without reapplying. On clothes, the scent is often still detectable the following day.

As with any fragrance, this varies depending on your skin type and where you apply it - pulse points (wrists, neck, inner elbow) give the best longevity because body heat helps project the scent.

One or two is enough for most people - sometimes just one. This catches people out if they're used to applying EDT or even standard EDP more liberally. Because the oil concentration is much higher, the Intense range projects further and lasts longer per spray.

Start with one, give it a few minutes to settle on your skin, then add a second if you want more presence. Over-applying a high-concentration fragrance is easy to do and hard to undo.

The same fragrance profile, but not identical in character. A higher oil-to-alcohol ratio changes how the scent develops - the opening is less sharp and the heart and base notes come through more prominently from the start.

Most people describe the Intense as richer and smoother than the standard version rather than simply louder. If you already know and like the Eau De Parfum, you'll recognise it immediately - it just feels more settled.

It can, if applied directly to fabric at close range.

We'd recommend spraying onto skin rather than clothes - pulse points on the wrists, neck, and inner elbow are best, as body heat helps project the scent naturally. If you do want to spray onto clothing, hold the bottle 6–8 inches away to reduce the chance of oil residue marking the fabric.

Dark or delicate fabrics are the most susceptible.
