Seasonal Advisory: Christmas Shipping

Orders placed between now and Christmas may not arrive until after Christmas, even with Royal Mail Tracked 24. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, please anticipate potential delays due to high seasonal demand and courier delays beyond our control.

 

USA Shipping

We ship all orders through FedEx

  • 2-3 working days for parcel delivery with online tracking.
  • We ship within the United States only, if you are in the UK/EU, visit www.theessencevault.co.uk
  • Orders placed before 12 PM GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Deliveries are made by FedEx Monday to Saturday.
  • You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery. 

Please note, we cannot currently ship to Alaska.
